When to Use Site Assignment

Assign users to a Site when they:

• Work at a specific physical location
• Need to manage location-specific purchases
• Should only see data relevant to their site
• Have budget responsibility for that location

Example: A restaurant manager assigned to the "Manchester Site" only sees and manages purchases for that location.

When to Use Team Assignment

Assign users to a Team when they:

• Work across multiple locations
• Belong to a functional department (IT, Marketing, Finance)
• Need cross-site visibility
• Collaborate on organisation-wide projects

Example: The IT Manager assigned to the "Technology Team" can manage IT purchases across all sites.
